We support the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. If at all possible, we recommend that you use one of these three browsers.
We advise against using Internet Explorer unless there is no other viable option, as there are a number of known compatibility issues with Internet Explorer that are solved by switching browsers.
If you are a professor on a podium computer with only Internet Explorer available to you, we would suggest using the Presentation Tool to access Top Hat rather than using the web application. However, we will support Internet Explorer 10 and above if you do choose to present in class using that browser.
Our Android app is available in the Play Store.
Our iOS app is available in the App Store.
If you are using either of these apps, we recommend that you turn on automatic updates.
At this time we do not have an app available for Blackberry or Windows phones, however, you will still be able to access Top Hat through a web browser on a Blackberry or Windows phone.
