Top Hat - Refund Policy & Request Form
Looking to get a refund on your Top Hat subscription? Please fill out the following information and we'll be happy to help!
Our refund policy is as follows:
"6.2 Refunds. THM will provide refunds for subscriptions purchased directly by You for a period of 2 weeks subsequent to initial activation. Upon granting of a refund, Your access to the THM Services will be immediately terminated. If you are a registered user and are seeking a refund in relation to Licensed Content, please contact us to review the matter. Refunds may be available in limited circumstances in respect of Licensed Content."

1) We can only refund subscriptions purchased directly from www.tophat.com.
2) Once your refund request has been submitted, it will take up to 2-3 business weeks to be reviewed, and once approved it will take another 2-3 business weeks to process the actual refund. Upon completion of the refund being processed you will be sent a confirmation email. Alternatively, If your submitted refund request is denied you can also expect to be sent an email informing you so.
3) Note that receiving a refund will terminate your Top Hat account's subscription but will not delete your account. Should you ever need to use Top Hat again, simply log in to your account at www.tophat.com/login and sign in with your existing Top Hat credentials.
4) If at any point you would like to inquire about the status of your refund request, you're always able to send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org to ask one of our representatives.
